I purchased this to listen to hypnosis or books on tape while falling asleep. It fits comfortably, but gets quite warm. I typically end up waking and pulling it off about an hour into sleep. The sound is fine and does the job. You can sleep on your side, but it has to be in just the right spot to feel comfortable. I find that I fidget a lot more, so that almost defeats the purpose of using it to fall asleep easily.For using in the daytime, works nicely. More comfortable than ear buds.Not sure I would buy again.

Affordable but fragile. Unfortunately the headphones didn't withstand much use. I was using them to listen to music every night while going to sleep. After about 6 months one of them stopped working, and a few months later the other one went too. The headphones kept slipping back inside the band, it doesn't seem like there's much of a way to keep them in place. While they worked, I did enjoy them. I guess there's only so much use you can expect to get out of a product this cheap.

I listen to sounds from a relaxation app when going to sleep at night. Ordinary ear buds are very uncomfortable for sleeping with, and they get tangled easily. The sporttec band is soft and comfortable. The earphones that come with the Sporttec band have good quality sound. The cord does not tangle at all. The earphones are easy to insert and remove when the band needs to be washed.

Searched long an hard for a comfortable method to listen to relaxing tapes at bedtime and found the Tooks Sportec headband with built-in speakers. Although I'd prefer the headband to be a bit narrower on the forehead, it is extremely comfortable to wear all night long. The sound quality is much better than I had anticipated - - actually really good. Already order a second Sportect Band for my wife... She loves it too!

This isn't the most comfortable for sleeping, which is what I wanted it for, since you can feel the ear buds through the fleece if you lie on your side... but it's still much better than traditional ear buds. I use it on the plane and at night to listen to relaxation music. I have a somewhat large head for a woman and it fits me fine. Not too tight.

It has limited use for me right now. I bought it so that I could use it at night in bed. It is too hard to position on my ears. When the weather gets colder, I will use it on walks and it will have more utility for me.

I like this for listening to white noise while sleeping or watching movies in bed without annoying my partner. If you are laying on your side they do not hurt your ears like ear buds. Half the price of the leading brand of sleep ear phones. Happy!

doesn't fit as well as expected (band slips around on my head a bit), and the headphones do press on my ears some when I lay on my side.but for $20, I can't really complain

This headband is a little small for me but that's pretty normal as most headbands are, I found the sound quality to be ok for the price
