I've never been one to buy into the "gaming chair" craze. That said, I needed a second chair and wanted something that was going to be more comfortable than my other office chair. I settled on this one mainly because of the adjustable arm rests. Let me just say, this chair is incredibly well made for the price. It feels sturdy, looks great, and is very comfortable for me to sit in for hours. The lumbar pillow is a little awkward. I've just been using the neck pillow, which for me is a nice touch and allows me to actually lean back and not feel like my neck is going to break. I don't really recline at my desk and honestly find it kind of weird that this has become such a huge selling point on chairs, so I can't speak on the footrest. But I can say being able to recline the chair just enough so I don't feel stiff as a board is nice. I would definitely recommend this chair.

I did a lot of research when buying this chair. I’ve been buying gaming chairs since about 2010. I am a film maker so I spend a lot of time at the chair when editing, but after I am done working I spend some hours gaming at night. What I’ve learned after buying many gaming chairs is price definitely does not equal comfort. I now tend to look at the shape of the chair now to determine whether it’s a good fit or not and this one looked right down my alley. Build quality is great. Was pretty easy to put together. It took about an hour but only because I triple checked every step and took my time. Only thing I would say that was off was something I read someone else say before I ordered this that the massager inside the lumbar support pillow is facing opposite of the logo, but easy fix just open it and turn it around. Great chair though and I’m pretty confident it’ll hold up over the next 5 years. I am 5’11” 200lbs.

This chair has a good frame, I like the lumbar pillow with the massager and heat option. The chair however is not soft at all. Its just a mildly padded frame to me. Luckily, I already have a seat cushion that supports spine alignment. So that paired with the lumbar pillow makes it an adequate buy. I don't care for the other pillow because it doesnt support good posture at all. I love all the specs, they were as expected for the price. Assembly wasn't too hard either. If price is a factor, get this and by your own seat cushion that supports your spine alignment. My poster has improved with both, cushion and chair.

I was hesitant to purchase after reading some mixed reviews, but I really like this chair. I have used it for about a month now to work from home. I love the adjustable arm rests, very nice to be be able change the height of arms to your desk height or if you are a taller person.I also love the adjustable overall height of the chair, i am 5"0 so I often cannot touch the ground in some chairs, but this one i can. It also goes pretty high for taller peeps!The massage pillow is lovely. I had a bit of an issue at first because for some reason the massage pillow was in backwards with the massage nodules pointing towards the back of the chair instead of towards your back, but it's in a zipper case so I was able to just take it out and put it facing the right way, so the massager is pointing outwards towards the downix logo and your back. (The pillow came pre-installed in the case incorrectly) also something to note is that it is not wireless so you either want to 1. Purchase a power bank so you can enjoy your massage wireless(i did this, so much better!) Or 2. Accept the fact you will be tethered to an outlet and the cord isn't very long. But it works great and has heat. You can also wash the cover of the pillow if needed after removing the massager. The massager does make a little noise but it's not super loud.Assembly....this was a bit rough for me, but im not great at assembling furniture. And have carpal tunnel so tightening the bolts sucked, but I did it by myself in about 1.5hrs. If your more handy I'm sure you can do it faster. The instructions are not great and the parts did not come labeled so that was fun....take the bolts out of the package as needed so you don't mix them all up. Don't tighten all the bolts to max until fully assembled.The chair overall is comfy and cushiony and sturdy. The foot rest is plus! I like to fold my legs Indian style sometimes so it's nice for that and it reclines quite a bit!I would recommend this chair for working long hours or even gaming if that's your jam!

I bought this for work, it's made a difference in sitting for 10 hours. Very comfortable. It was easy to put together. Chair is sturdy, looks nice.

When getting the chair I was actually surprised by the amount of assembly needed for this price range. The foam on the arm rest is already flat and pressed. I didn’t receive 4 of the “pre installed” (C-2) screws. Quality control should be higher for something in this price range. There are also marks on the chair that make it look like it was put together at some point.

I am IN LOVE with this chair, it is super comfortable, sleek, stylish, and in an affordable price range for the product. My only concern is the massage pillow seems to be installed backwards? I have to turn the pillow around to get the massage benefits which doesn't seem right..
