Honestly after 2 uses I personally felt a difference in my skin and after a week (4-5 uses or so) my partner and coworkers were also noticing. I noticed within the first week of adding this to my skin care routine that my make up laid nicer, I didn't need to do so much since my skin looked clear. I usually have a good amount of red in my cheeks. Not Rosacea but does look similar for reference. This got a 4 star instead of the 5, for my own fault. It is drying and it has a warning on the box. I accidentally used twice in one day, with my morning face wash and bedtime face wash getting the makeup off. Caused the side of my nostrils and my chin to burn. I do hydrate my face after each use, with a great face lotion but it did not help this time. i had to get petroleum jelly and dab some on.
