Q: Is there a warranty? If so, how long?

Q: How is the unit charged?

Mine stopped charging the second time I tried to charge it (I had used it a total of 4 times, and now it's useless). I asked for a replacement and the company did not respond. BEWARE because even a good product can have poor customer service making it useless. :-(

Q: Will this jump a dead battery?

It is important to note that this will NOT charge a completely dead battery. The device will only activate if your battery is between 2 and 12 volts. If the volts is lower than 2, then this will do nothing as it won't even turn on, per the instruction manual.

Q: Has anyone used this product to jumpstart a full-size SUV with success?

Tried, no success. Twice. If the battery has 25% life they say it will start. If it’s dead, forget it. Each time I’ve tried to start my 2013 Santa Fe Limited when the battery was dead, it didn’t work. Taking it out of the car and keeping it in the house as a backup iPhone charger for storms. That’s all it’s good for, I think.
