I always read reviews but take them with a generous pinch of salt as apparently they can be purchased by unscrupulous Companies and I ordered this with a fair degree of trepidation as it seemed too good to be true. When I opened the well packed parcel I was reminded of an old Pifco Torch and it looked and felt very cheap so I left it laying around for two days because I was convinced it would be a total failure, but when I eventually inserted two batteries and put it to the test the word "Wow!" instantly popped-out as the lining of a heavily bobbled favourite old jacket was returned to almost new. This is a deceptively useful device. Incredible value for money and something every home should have. I'm now looking for bobbles everywhere. It's so easy !

I really didn't think this would work, but thought if worth a try. I am pleased to say that not only did what it is meant to do, it actually exceeded my expectations. Don't get me wrong, it's not made out of solid silver however, it is both well made, easy to clean and does the job well. Only tried it on cloth furniture so far but except the same results from clothing.

I love this lint remover!! Is the best, especially when you have a cardigan you love and get lint quickly this product makes it look like new and easy to use!!!

I bought this two years ago and after about a year of very light use it stopped working. For the next year it would only work intermittently. Now I think it has finally completely died as it has refused to turn on during my last two attempts. It's not the batteries because I have put freshly recharged batteries in them. But even when it did work it was never that strong - I always had to go over the same areas again and again and really press into the fabric. The only good thing about it was that it was easy to use and looked quite nice. The odd thing is that my last one (JML) also stopped working after a short time. I wonder what it is with bobble removers. I hope my next one (Philips), which was recommended on a review site, manages to last beyond a year.

Good shaver. In compare with my previous lint remover, this is bigger and better quality. Easy to hold in hand. Does work very good.

Love the whole thing. Ease of use, simple. Just wish it had slightly, just slightly more power. Although for it cost, I have given it a 5* It is the most therapeutic thing I have done in ages. So far I have taken bobbles off of the top of a mattress, my sons very expensive coat - inside hood, down the inside of coat near zip and cuffs and it looked brilliant. I love using it.

Came in a plain white box with no instructions, it wasn't even clear what sort of batteries were needed (2xAA), so I was a bit concerned. However, it works really well. It has revived a number of fleece jumpers which were too bobbly to wear.Definitely recommended.
