ON NOV 1 2024 I PURCHASED A LINJO CEILING FAN{ see enclosed order document}. Last week the LED light in the fan went dead. Trying to find a replacement has proven to be next to impossible. The led light in the fan has 3 wires 1 black, 1 white and 1 white with a red stripe. A replacement led cannot be found---ANYWHERE!!!.. THE REPLACEMENT LIGHTS HAVE ONLY 1 BLACK AND 1 WHITE} The parts vendors{and I've talked to several} aid connect black to black, white to white and cap the 3rd wire. That being done the light still doesn't work. I was told this is because the white with red stripe controls light functions. I have no way to contact LINJO as the don't list a phone number{and I don't speak Chinese} and no corporate e-mail address. I have taken out a warranty through Amazon through Asurion and they said pull the whole fan down and send it back and they will refund me. At this time I will a disabled Marine on a fixed budget. I am 75 years old, handicapped and just finished radiation treatments for prostrate cancer. I can provide proof of all this and my wife who is also handicapped and 75 said if I were to get on a ladder and fall, if the fall doesn't kill me, SHE WILL. I can't afford to pay a electrician to take it down and put a new one up. I don't expect much, your a big company and I'm just a nobody. However I find it funny that with all your advertising with how you sell great product and you look out for your customers you have a product which if it needs part, especially after only 2 years, you can't get parts to make it work. So many issues with this product start to finish. Finally got it installed and it worked well for about a year and then completely became useless. Light won’t turn on, customer service won’t respond, help line online leads you no where. Can’t find an exact replacement panel because there aren’t enough clear details to compare. We have two because we wanted them to match and it became sank money now that we are not able to use the light after only a year. Buyers beware.

This light fixture is gorgeous and a must have! The only thing I would fix about the fixture is when you turn it on it does beep once. When you shut it off it does not beep. Not a huge deal and something I think we will just not even notice after a while. (It beeps due to having a fan) which also works great!

We used to have a crystal chandelier fan in the “dining room” (which is actually hubs’ gaming space). It was starting to look a bit dated and a bit crowded with our decor. This swung in the opposite direction. It’s taking hubs’ a bit to get used to it. The design is a simple black 3-blade fan. It moves as much or more air than most fans that same size. Installation was super easy and it worked right off the bat! The remote control works 6 fan speed levels as well as dimmable lighting levels. The fan is also smart capable but we haven’t yet tested that feature. I’ll be sure to come back and update once we do. We’re going to add a couple silk flowers to the down rod to help aesthetics, but aside from that, this is a perfect addition to our main room.

Beeps any time you turn it on. fan speeds are INSANE. The lowest selection is literally as high as any normal person would ever make a ceiling fan go. Meaning good luck if you want a low fan… not going to happen. Extremely dissatisfied with this and missed the return window because we had an electrician installing so now we’re stuck with a useless noisy windstorm.
