It is sturdy and the design pattern is beautiful. It's not too heavy but also not so light that it will move around too easily. The 17” is the perfect size for my ottoman/coffee table which is 22 inches wide. I looked for cheaper options but this was totally worth the money. Good quality and beautiful. I spilled water on it and it wipes right up. It hold everything in my picture. It’s my favorite piece of decor in my living room!
