One of the biggest conveniences is that it’s shelf-stable, so you don’t need to take up fridge or freezer space, making it easy to store for whenever inspiration strikes. Exactly what I was looking for, and it more than does the trick! Would recommend!

This shredded kadayif is excellent quality and perfect for traditional desserts like baklava or kunafa. The strands are fresh, finely shredded, and easy to work with. Got this to make the Dubai choc bar and it was AMAZING. Cooked it in a pan with a little butter and the crunchy goodness was ready. Perfect for all types of treats. Had bought some before this and this was by far the best deal I’ve seen. Huge amount for a cheap price. Others will charge you the same price for 1/5 of what you get here.

Great product but it went up unexpectedly $5.00 a bag. I understand the demand is high but I was quite disappointed. Found another seller with cheaper prices. It was good while it lasted!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am so happy I came across this seller. I have bought near 8 boxes now and truly have been satisfied each time, with no problems! I love that I don’t have to shred, and it makes perfect Dubai Chocolate Bar inspired desserts!
