I would give this 5 stars but the code says I love it & I save love for people. I can tell you that I am really pleased with what my son tells me about this product. He works out three to five times a week for several hours and has used other Creatine products. I got this for him to try verses the product he currently uses. He is well pleased with this & may even prefer it to the one he is using. Because he takes it, I cant tell you when he takes it or how but I can tell you he has indicated we will be ordering this again. Hope this helps someone.
