I purchased this filament dryer from Amazon yesterday, and it arrived today (Kudos to Amazon for the fast delivery). Overall, the unit works well — it heats up quickly, the controls are intuitive, and the build quality feels solid for the price point. It does exactly what it's supposed to do in terms of drying filament. One thing to note is the fan noise. It has a noticeable high-pitch sound while running, which may be distracting if you're working close by. It’s louder than I expected, but not unbearable. I'm hoping the noise might lessen after some break-in time, so I plan to give it a bit more use before making a final judgment on that aspect. That said, the company seems responsive, and I appreciate the straightforward setup and performance. If fan noise isn’t a big issue for you, this dryer is a great value for the features it offers. If you're especially sensitive to noise, though, it might be worth considering other options.

Purchased as a replacement for other more expensive brand that failed. So far so good. Works like a dream. Has better quality filaments outlets glands X 2 than the more expensive brand. All the functions are shown on the clear display. Power switch at the rear is a great safety feature and easy to access. Touch screen is very responsive. Love the way when you switch it on a 6 hour timer is automatic, saving time to set it every time I use it.

Mi problema es con Sovol directamente, compramos primero directamente con ellos y nunca pudieron resolver, nos cobraron el envío de la impresora junto con la secadora y nunca llegó la secadora, cuando reclamamos, nos querían cobrar de nuevo el envío y sin más ni más no nos resolvieron y solo regresaron el dinero, pero sin lo que habíamos ya pagado de envío, dijeron que ya se había usado en la impresora
