Excellent addition to my store
Excellent addition to my store, and great customer service provided by the seller! Had a minor issue with my unit, and the seller was awesome in taking care of it right away. Very happy with both the purchase and the seller. I use this unit daily to sell pizza slices at my store and my customers love it. Takes a little while to figure out the ideal temperature setting so you will want to experiment before putting too much in there, and I would use caution in placing things on the bottom shelf as it can get very hot. Overall, good buy!

Very unhappy!
No problem with the seller as it was handled very well and I was very pleased with them however, I was very unhappy with the product, it didn't serve it's purpose for us, we used it for the display of pizza slices at lunch time, didn't keep an even maintaining temp so we're replacing the pizza every hour in order to keep even a relatively fresh pie, it finally blew recently. The one it replaced was actually a better unit and it was over ten years old but did need replacing, I'd ask for my money but it was purchased back in mid January, I'll have to stick a reputable brand name.
