I've taken it here and there recently and the taste is not bad, especially if taken with water. I'm sure if it is taken with juice, it is good as well, but the flavors might mix strangely (depends on preference I suppose). I think this would be good to have as a natural anti-inflammatory supplement, even for things like recovery after a hard work out. It's also nice that the product is formulated with the liposomal coating to aid absorption.
