**Q: Does it kill scorpions?**
A: I'm not sure. We don't live where there are scorpions. We only use it to keep our chicken coop fresh.

**Q: What is the difference between this and regular hydrated lime? Can it be used in an outhouse the same as hydrated lime?**
A: Great question!  Our product is hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 has had carbon dioxide added into it + CO2 → CaCO3, which makes it less caustic.  This keeps the neutralizing strength, while making it safe to handle.Yes, it is perfectly suited for use in an outhouse.  It will neutralize the odor causing bacteria.

**Q: I would like to read the bag but print is to small.  Suggestion?**
A: Repel Insects and Pest: Use around the base of homes, garages and outbuildings or spread in yard to repel insects and kill larvae.
Increase pH to Sweeten Crops: Sweeten soil and raise pH to increase nitrogen efficiency and soil consistency and a rich harvest.
Sanitize Chicken Coops, Stables and Barns: Use on areas exposed to animal waste to fight pests and balance the pH effects of ruin.
Prevent Algae Growth: Safely adjust the pH in water - ponds, birdbaths and water pans.  Prevents mosquitos from breeding in  water sources and kills active large.

**Q: Can this be used around garden plants?**
