These supplements are excellent and they do just what they are stated to do. This is a great combination of supplements and though I have only used it a month - I feel great. I selected this brand because it combines all the supplements I was using plus some and actually saves me money over buying the individual bottles. It’s alsofar more convenient to open a small packet and take four pills instead of handful.
