So much more than just compression. The Alignmed Zipper Shirt is scientifically constructed with patented tension panel NeuroBands. These bands contain variable elasticity that mirrors the function of the muscles they overlay. This strengthens and aligns the body naturally by targeting specific anatomic zones, creating controlled resistance and neuromuscular stimulation. Simply put; the shirt doesn’t just compress you or remind you of proper form, it puts you there and actually trains your muscles. THE choice for enhanced performance, increased range of motion, injury prevention, pain reduction, and faster recovery. Note: The AlignMed Zipper Shirt is literally a workout you wear. The shirt fits tight and can sometimes be a bit warm. That means it’s doing its job and activating your muscles. Much like a workout our apparel should be eased into. Just like you wouldn’t run 10 miles your first time jogging, don’t wear the shirt all day at first. Remember, it can stimulate muscles in a way they aren’t used to and you don’t want to overwork your body. We recommend a couple hours the first few days and then gradually increase usage over time for maximum results. When choosing a size, go with the size you would wear in a tshirt. If you’re in between sizes, choose the smaller size. The shirt is going to be tight and a bit snug going on. That’s good. In order to work properly our apparel has to be able to ‘grab’ your muscles. Consult our sizing guide for the best fit. Content & Care 83% Polyester / 17% Spandex Wash Cold Air Dry No Iron

In love <3
I was a little worried to spend this much on a shirt at first, even though I was excited about it, but it worths every penny. Check the size table very carefully, before you order, as this is _not_ an outerwear. It has to fit better than a glove to work, no bras under it, sorry. :) But when it fits correctly, and it did for me, you instantly feel its effects. It is a very gentle, constant pressure, like someone would stand behind you and always pull on your shoulder gently, or push your back in. I wear it 3-4 hours a day. I have felt it from the very first time, that even after pulling it off, my posture get better simply because it made me understand _how_ it should be. It pushes up my lower belly, pushes my spine in, but if I am too enthusiastic, I feel it pulling my spine back, so it will not be too in. I have even felt the shirts effects on my lower back, in line with my hips, I would recommend this and will recommend it to everyone I come across, it is fantastic! *.* Sadly, I guess, to work correctly for the shoulders, it has a longer arms and higher neck that could be easily hidden under a lot of other clothes. If you want to wear it outside, it is a bit hard to find something to hide it, even though I would love to wear it at the office. And it is seethrough, which - as it is without bra - would be embarassing. So I think, that is a downside, that if, could be corrected, I would totally fill up my whole closet with them! :D

Expensive, but effective
This is a compression shirt so it’s meant to be snug. I find it not too tight for daily wear but it can get very tiring if I wear it all day and evening, so I usually swap to normal clothes after wearing during a work day. This helps me stay in correct posture during the day without limiting movement. If your posture bad, it’s going to make your muscles sore if you wear it for extended time. The only thing I dislike is the price. It’s definitely an investment to buy one of these!

Great support for tight neck/shoulder / not athletic gear
The fit of the short is great. I got a medium and am usually a size 8 (at 5‘11 athletic build with a long torso this shirt would be ideal in a tall size). I wear the shirt to fend off neck and shoulder tightness from sitting at a computer all day. It helps the muscles to relax which is great! An area for improvement is the stitching on the shirt which feels a bit rough on the skin. I would not use it to run as the fabric is a bit thick but it works well for a couple hours at the desk or doing yard/gardening work.

Too big
My PT recommended this so I thought I’d try it even though I didn’t want to spend that much money. I’m 115lbs 32B bra size. Size small was tight around the middle and loose at shoulders/upper back. I think I’ll just stick to tape for now to help with posture and upper back/neck pain.

Be careful with your sizing
I thought the product was unusually small, had to return it for a larger size and I'm waiting to see if that fits. I hope it does I hope it works. I couldn't even get it over my shoulders and I'm a small person so it's very tight which I figured it would be but it was too tight to even get over my shoulders onto my body

Great compression for bad posture but need some change on the design.
I have been suffering “TOS” for many years due to bad posture. I have been always trying everything that could help with it besides physical therapy and exercises. I bought a long sleeve shirt from intelliskin before which helped with my posture somehow especially when I sat down for long. (I am still wearing it daily.) Amazon always pushes posture related products based on my searching. So I decided to give Alignmed a try since it’s summer, I need a short sleeve anyway. I like how Alignmed shirt feels over the back and shoulder area. I can tell my back was pulled straight when I first trying it on. The only thing I hate was the bottom part in the front, it has no rubber like band to keep the bottom stay at your waist area. It bothers me a lot that I have to constantly pull the bottom down from my stomach area. So I decided to return it after thinking over. I would like to give it another try if Alignmed can adjust the design later on since the price is fair. And as a fashion design student, I am willing to support clothing companies that can design something to help people with their posture problems.

Weird fit.
Squished my boobs down flat, but was ridiculously loose around my shoulders and upper back. Ineffective for posture or any kind of support.

Recommend
It’s tight to put on, but I can wear it all day comfortably. I bought it at the recommendation of my PT and do find that it helps. I’m 145 lbs and a 32D and the small fits well except that the bottom of the shirt rides up around my waist. Wearing it tucked in an under another shirt is the only way around that. Several of the panels are semitransparent which might be fine for a workout but not comfortable for daily wear. It breathes well and doesn’t take on odor like some other fabrics. I definitely recommend for posture and shoulder support.
