I got about 5 months out of the 1st pad before needing to replace it. There is too much velcro on the mount. I covered some of the hooks with strips of loops. It still worked fine, and was less abrasive on the pad.

Not quite as expected but does serve the purpose very well. We do like it. Just wish the descriptions were better. I think we probably would have ordered it either way if the exact refill was not available.

Adds another level of enjoyment to my shower, not to mention that it makes scrubbing those hard to reach places easy. The quality of the product is very good. It has been mounted in my shower for over a month and has not once slipped or come loose.

They do not work, mostly because they do not stay on the wall, no matter what I try. Furthermore, I had to get several "refills" before I got the actual device. So now I have a pile of the refills and I already threw the thing in the trash. Which didn't work anyhow.Great idea, horrible example.

Boy ! no reaching and straining to reach my back, and does it feel good to wash and message back at the same time.

Works great and stays put in the shower. Washable and reversable. I bought extra for gifts for my children. Refills last about six months.
