Ça absorbe très vite et forme comme un porridge très épais qui fait peur. Puis en continuant d'ajouter du liquide, ça prend une forme normale, comme du potage, moins liquide que la whey, mais avec un gros avantage : aucun grumeau, et sans avoir à touiller pendant des plombes avec un fouet de pâtisserie. Le goût n'est pas terrible. C'est peu sucré, peu aromatisé, comme du smecta avec un léger parfum vanille, mais ça passe. Autre bon point : pas de lourdeurs d'estomac. J'avais été contraint à cause de ça d'abandonner la whey classique et de passer à de la whey isolate à 89% devenue trop chère. Donc content avec cet isolat de soja à 84% bon marché (14€/kg) et vegan.
