Please bring back the old formula. This one feels completely different. It feels like it has more perfume (alcohol) in it and that makes it like any other cheap lotion brand (like something bath and bodywork’s would sale.)The old lotion used to also feel more creamy and organic to the skin. I tried this one and was not in love with it. 😔

I’ve tried everything for my cracked, dry, bleeding hands. This stuff genuinely works, and it works almost immediately. The Body Shop closed in the US and I couldn’t find it anywhere anymore. Then, a miracle! It was shipped to me nice and fast from overseas. Same stuff as it used to be - I was so happy to see it on my doorstep today. Earlier than expected! My hands feel so much better already, and I’ll be ordering again. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I used to get a larger size for the same price, possibly 3.3 oz. I’m not sure why only a 1 oz option is available now, but I can’t justify paying that much for such a small amount. 3 stars because it’s actually a good product.
