HDMI ARC Audio Extractor Support HDMI ARC to Optical SPDIF 3.5mm AUX Jack

Works well with my RF headphones while watching direct tv programming and over the air tv on my new Samsung tv. But, for some reason, it does not work when watching any streaming TV. ie: prime video, netflix, paramount plus, peacock

This little adapter worked exactly how I needed it to. Setup was pretty simple, and I like having several different audio output options depending on what I'm connecting to the TV. The included power cord was also a plus since I didn't have to buy anything extra. Once everything was connected, the audio came through clearly with no issues. Very handy if you're trying to connect an older sound system or speakers to a newer TV.

UPDATE - I now tried the unit with a 2024 Samsung TV (as opposed to a 2013 Samsung TV) . MUCH better audio volume - easily adjusted with the headset volume - enough volume that if the headset is turned to max volume, it's too loud. Revising to 5 stars. The audio coming into our headphones is weaker than when they're attached directly to the TV. Not a biggy but would be good to have a volume control.

Not sure how to contact tech support. This device will not decode audio from the eARC port on a Samsung 43DU7200 TV. I have repeatedly checked TV config to make sure it agrees with recommendations. No audio from this device. ARC switch is set to ON. TV all seems OK, including PCM.

This is the second or third item I’ve purchased trying to get my new TV to play through my old receiver. This one did not work. I tried EVERYTHING so I’m all honesty I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s a quality device. It just doesn’t work for me.

Worked but caused interference with my fire stick.

This HDMI Arc Adapter works Great. If your New TV does not have Audio Out, you need this. But your New TV must Have HDMI ARC. This Adapter takes the sound out of the TV HDMI ARC and changes it to RCA, which you can then send to your Stereo.

This adapter works well with my DVD player and WII. They had older plugs that don't fit the new cdmi ports. So this adapter fixed it.

Suite à l'achat de ma nouvelle télé, je ne parvenais pas à faire fonctionner mon vieux homme cinema. Via l'HDMI-ARC, je parvenais à contrôler le Home Cinema avec la télécommande de la TV, mais aucun son ne sortais. Avec cet extracteur, j'ai pu relier le Home Cinema via un câble optique. Le son est excellent. J'ai branché l'alimentation de l'extracteur sur le port USB de la TV, ainsi il s'allume et s'éteint avec elle ! Par contre, je ne peux plus contrôler le Home Cinema avec la télécommande de la TV, je me retrouve donc avec 2 télécommandes. C'est un moindre mal, mais ce n'est pas parfait. Cet extracteur m'aura finalement permis d'éviter l'achat d'un Home Cinema plus récent

Un adaptador de buena calidad Sencillo de instalar y transmite un buen sonido Lo necesitaba para conectar mi televisor con mi barra de sonido y el resultado ha sido bastante bueno. Buena calidad de sonido Permite la emisión simultánea de las salidas que tiene Admite sonido 5.1 Me soluciono mí problema

Amazing product good working

L'apparecchio funziona perfettamente, sono riuscito a collegare il mio vecchio impianto home teatre anni '90. Però il prodotto ritengo non sia nuovo, intanto la scatola che lo conteneva era aperta, all'interno non era alloggiato nella confezione in plastica come nella foto di altri acquirenti che allego e mancavano le cose segnate in foto.
