Works perfectly as a single pole switch, and on 3 way and 4 way lighting circuits.
Installs just like the Kasa Smart Dimmers and Switches that I bought in the past. I bought three of these Tapo switches. I installed one as a single pole switch, one as a 3 way switch, and one as a switch in a 4 way lighting circuit. You have to install the switch as the first switch in the circuit in the 3 and 4 way circuits because it needs to be feed a constant source of power. The Tapo app found the switch as soon as it was powered on and asked to update the firmware which I did. All three switches worked perfectly.

They work great.
They work great. I am disappointed that Tapo doesn't offer all the same switches they make for the Kasa line; now I have to have two apps instead of one vendor and one app.

Works as expected
Installation was easy, and everything is working well so far. The only downside is the loud clicking sound. It integrates with Apple HomeKit, but it’s not as reliable as the Tapo app. Sometimes, it becomes unresponsive in the Home app, though it works fine in the Tapo app.Overall, it’s a solid device with just a few quirks! Hopefully, a future update improves stability in HomeKit.

Beautiful product, durable, quick reactivity from smart home apps
These are some of the best smart switches I have installed. They pair quickly, are Matter compatible so I can put them on HomeKit in the Apple environment. My only gripe is that for the fan switch the HomeKit recognizes it as a light switch, and there's no way to change it. Regardless, these are highly recommended, I have used Meross and other smart switch brands, but nothing comes close to relaibility, speed of reactivity and durability as Tapo switches.

Worked perfectly and at a great price!
I started replacing single pole switches with Kasa smart switches. This was the first 3 way I had to replace. Here is my setup, 3 separate switches, powering on 4 lights in the hallway at the same time. I shutoff the breaker, looked at the wires of the center switch, which I think had 2 traveler wires and 2 power wires. That didn't seem like the correct spot to put this switch. I then looked at the first switch in the sequence, which matched the inputs of this smart switch. Disconnected the original switch, connected the two traveler wires, line in, neutral and ground. Flipped the breaker and to my surprise, it all worked, zero issues. Just ordered new, regular switches for the other two spots as I need paddle switches to match the rest. Integrated this switch with Alexa, all good.

Works as intended but blinks and generates random ON/OFF messages
I am using this switch with Home Assistant and it was easy to install, came online with no problems and operates as intended. However, the LED on the switch periodically blinks and, when this occurs, ON/OFF message pairs are being sent to the HA log. The controlled light does not actually blink. I have contacted TP-Link and they have provided updated firmware that reduces but does not eliminate these messages. Hopefully they can resolve it and I can update this review.
