Hello!!! If u want ur shimmers to stay, definitely use this product! NOT greasy. The applicator it may seem creamy, so u think it might apply like a concealer, but once applied, it’s transparent. I genuinely recommend this.

Works great. Holds my eyeshadow in place all day. The key is to tap the shadow on first then blend it don't try to just brush your shadow on. It even allows for building colors and locks them into place. Even helps to prevent eyeshadow fall out when you are putting it on.
