EFFICIENT WAY TO CONNECT YOUR IPHONE TO THE DJI MIC MINI IS WITH THE ADAPTER
Oh! This is so efficient. I love the plug and play ability. I did try using Bluetooth with the Dji mic mini and it just wasn't sounding right. The adapter just makes the sound quality top notch. no need for connection hassles, it instantly recognizes the receiver and the battery of the transmitter lasts throughout my filming.

It’s the OEM DJI lighting adapter.
It works. So happy I was able to get my hands on this. Not happy that it was not included in with the DJI mic mini. They should have included it and the cost is actually exorbitant. But I need it for my phone. I use the USB C adapter for my iPads. If you have lighting iPhones laying around you can use the lighting adapter to bring new life to the devices by turning them into spare recorders.

Exactly what it says it is.
I use an android with type C as my daily phone but often record with an old iPhone. This has allowed me to use the nice DJI Mic minis with that iphone incredibly easy! Sounds great, easy to setup, and allows me to tap into DJI app features. Works well and there is a spot in the mic mini case to store it. If you intend to use a mic mini with multiple devices this is really not a bad thing to have!

Only worked twice. Fails to connect to iPhone
This DJI mic mini adapter for lightning iphone did not work well. It worked twice. Not it will not be recognized by the phone (14promax with iOS 26) DJI mic mini receiver works when I use a usb c to lightning adaptor But not with this ‘DJI’ part. It does not fully click in(there is a little hole a spring pin enters when attached) it moves about and the tiny contacts do not connect. Perhaps it’s just a poorly made one? But I’ve read a lot of folks have similar problems
