Q: Are these gloves flock-lined?

nope. just bare nitirile. all of my employees prefer un-flocked gloves since we work in a wet/humid environment. the flocking rubs off and irritates everybody's skin.

Q: What size are these? We usually order by number (9, 10, 11) I'm not sure what size corresponds to small?

Hi! My Thai wife has very small hands and wears this glove in size 8 and has some extra room in them.Daughter has slightly larger hands and wears the size 8 as well. I'm sure these will be a good fit if you consider yourself a small. These gloves are very good, as is the price.
