I haven't lost a pound, which it suppose to be a sore of diet and a way to help you go to the bathroom.Well as for me, I have a few meeting In the restroom thruout the day, so be careful how many pills you take and times you choose to take.

I got this and have to say that it works the next day in making you go several times.I made the mistake the first time in taking three, DO NOT DO THIS! Take one and monitor yourself.Don't give this to children or elderly folks they will dehydrate from the amount of time you go to the bathroom.I don't take it everyday but sparlying only because I don't want to spend five times running back and forth to the bathroom.
