Beautiful, high quality toy. I read somewhere that babies need a wood texture to aid in their development. I took this out of the box and gave it to my 4 month old and he was instantly able to grasp the handle and hold it himself since it's light, and of course immediately put it in his mouth. You should probably sanitize it first. 😆 But given that it's wood and silicone, I'm betting it doesn't require cleaning as often as fabric toys. It isn't really noisy or has lights and sounds. Just a normal, simple toy with textures and colors for a small infant to enjoy. I might add this toys I buy for every new baby I encounter.

I’m giving this tether/rattle four stars across the board. It’s super cute, but my baby is 5 months, and so far less interested in this toy than some of her others. The colors are super cute, and the wood smooth. However, when the wood gets wet from washing it can swell a little, leaving a more rough surface. The balls on the end are a little big for my 5-month-old’s hands, but she’ll grow into it. There is a little space for her hand on the dowel between the rings and ball. I think this is going to be an interesting toy for her, just not quite yet.

I mean it’s pretty and organic and whatnot but my baby couldn’t care less for it. She’s love to put those silicon rings in her mouth but can’t and she dropped the wood piece on her forehead the other day, which was a little too hard/heavy for her. I know environment and all but if she’s not gonna play with it then there’s no point!

I really like this toy for its simplicity and cute colors. I wish the balls/dowel were a little bit smaller for a younger baby to grasp but I'm sure she'll be able to play with it in no time.

As a gift for my granddaughter, I'm always looking for organic, green things. This adorable rattle is great!

My baby doesn't seem to notice this toy and hasn't yet played with it. But I think it's really cute!

My baby loves this rattle! It’s really well made, easy to clean, and very easy for her to grasp and shake. A winner.
