Product didn't match what was advertised. Quality was also poor.... full of bloom. Really poor. Why can't you return something (food) that isn't as advertised? Feels like a scam.

Not a "premium" gift
Just want to say that the "premium Burmont's Sleeve & Wood Wool Lined Box", is just a cardboard box with wood shavings and a wrapper around it - this is not a proper gift wrap, and you wouldn't want to give it. The contents were exactly as advertised, however for the price, this represents poor value for money in my opinion. I will not buy anything from "Burmont's" again.

Not worth the money.
Just chocolate selection that can be bought for half the price put in a plain cardboard box. At least expected it to be presented in a nice box. Buy your own chocolate and nice box and it will still be cheaper than buying this.
