I guess these are also light sensitive. I put them in a cabinet and when I open the door in the day, the light does not come on, presumably because it is already bright enough (which it is). At night they work as expected. Funny thing, in the daytime they come on when I SHUT the cabinet because of motion AND darkness.Otherwise these are awesome. Nice light temperature, diffuse, work great, rechargeable via USB, easy to mount. What else could you ask for?One thing to take note of: be sure you stick the mounting pad in the right place the first time. If you try to peel it off to reposition it, the metal mounting disc bends basically irreparably. So choose wisely!

These are just okay. I got them for the inside of my closet and cupboard so that a light would come on when the door opens. The adhesive wasn't strong enough to adhere, so I had to reinforce it with a heavy duty adhesive. Also, they only come on for like 5 seconds, which makes it a little annoying. Yes, they serve my purpose, but it's a little obnoxious to have to keep waving my hands around to keep them on. (They're advertised to stay on for 20 seconds.)

Very bright and battery lasts long enough. I take one camping and the other resides in my closet (why there isn't already a light in there, I don't know). Pleasantly surprised, especially at this price.

Works great in closets. What a relief, don't have to turn on a bunch of lights to find things and works really well, turns on immediately and I don't have to turn switches on and off. Very bright when charged which doesn't need to be frequent.

I needed a way to light up my pantry and the breezeway between my house and my garage. These lights come on when I need them to and do a good job lighting the areas. The only problem is they only stay on for a VERY short time and I have to wave my arms to activate them again.

Needed something to illuminate stairs when going downstairs at night. They don't come on when area is light, automatically on with motion at night, stays on just long enough with plenty of light. Can be turned off or manually on. Really like that they can be charged with provided cord.

This light is terrific. It functions perfectly and is great for those hard to illuminate locales in the home.
