But I followed a brewing suggestion on the package & it helped. Then I mixed it with Matcha (okay to mix, different compositions) & it tasted even better. I had drunk the Matcha by itself for a while & didn't seem to help my energy level much. About 2 weeks after starting the Yerba Mate (daily cup), I realized that it was working! It gives me sustained energy that lasts all day😀 I have health issues that cause extreme fatigue. Yerba Mate has caffeine, but from a different chemical make up than coffee (which hadn't helped my energy much). The Yerba Mate doesn't make me jittery like coffee sometimes did.
