Good quality, very sharp.
Very nice knife. I bough this because my old bread knife had become dull, which made it difficult to cut French bread. I checked amazon, and evaluated several brands. I decided to go with this one, because the quality looked good. The quality is excellent, very nice wood handle, and it's scary sharp. I have purchased several bread knifes over the years and have never owned one that was so sharp. It comes with a plastic sheath cover to slip it into after you use and clean it. You definitely need to use the protective sheath to take out and put away, or it will cut you. Cuts through any type of bread with ease.

High quality for the low price
This is an attractive knife with a sturdy wooden handle. The serrated blade is EXTREMELY sharp and very well suited for its intended tasks. The protective sheath is a nice touch, as you do not want keen blades such as these banging around in a draw. Yes, you can spend 20x more for a well known German or Japanese brand...but are they really THAT much better?
