Das Wetter ist sehr schweißtreibend und die Tabletten sorgen für einen hervorragenden Ausgleich. Mangelnde Mineralien machen sich meist duch erschöpfung bemerkbar. Ich habe bereits auch andere Mineraltabletten getestet (beim Sport und im Alltag) und die High5 Produkte sind deutlich besser (schnellere Regeneration bzw, mehr Ausdauer). Ich vergebe 4 Sterne, da die Brausetabletten mit Koffein noch wirksammer sind.
