We bought these for a 19 hour road trip 4 months ago and haven't taken them down! My kids who are 2 and 4 love them. They make long car rides so much better. Quality for the price is great! I read several reviews before buying these and was a little unsure about them glad we decided to go ahead. I think some people are expecting a little too much from these. Its not hd quality or anything but play movie clearly with no skipping. Can't ask for much more! Only net thing I could say is the harness that holds tbe screens on the headrest could be a little better quality.

I purchased this to take on a 1200 mile trip with my 2 grandchildren 7 and 2 years. Best investment ever! It kept them busy and quiet for hours watching movies. Easy to install, changing movies out was a little difficult at first because you have to unhook the main player and remove it from its holder each time. But it did not take long for my 7 year old to figure it out and things went pretty smoothly after that. Now they watch it every where we go.

Player just arrived today for our, it will play both US DVDs and the ones we brought back from Europe. Looks and seems to operate great, will up date after use on summer vacation. Only concern is the "slaver cord between the two displays is only about 36", would like it to be longer.

This this player has no memory capability so every time you pump gas or turn off your engine for any reason you have to start all over again to pick up where you left off. This is important because I use it for my two young children to be entertained on long car trips and weekend Adventures. 1 unit doesn't have a speaker and I'm not interested in having my kids use headphones yet. This means that they fight over the sound. I did plug in computer speakers to make that work for equality, but after one road trip one of the unit stop working. I found the double unit RCA that I had a few years ago and that one remembers where you left off and has speakers in both units.

Great for price. Somewhat noisy. Only one of the screens puts out audio.

We took this on a total of 24 hrs in a rental car. 12 hrs each way. It came with everything we needed, including the headrest holders. The power cord had plenty of length to reach the car lighter plug in and the wires between the two were long enough for each one to be strapped to the front headrests. The line wasnt taught, but the wire between the two was hanging between the driver and passenger seats. It didn't bother me, but this would be a thing to consider for long time use. The case it comes with was usable, but I do not like the design. It requires the user to completely unplug the video, audio, and power each time in order to switch the DVD ((but this was a case problem, not the actual DVD player.)) My 7 year old easily learned how, and even though it was annoying, it didn't slow him down much to switch out the DVD. The sound was fine for the kids to listen to while I also had music up front. You can adjust each screen's volume independently and even choose for one, the other, or both to have headphone mode. The remote works very well. I am very pleased. This is an AMAZING product for the price. The DVD player prevents carsickness in my 3&7 year olds and I will never not have one in my car. These screens even have a little kickstand on the back, so they can even be used for a purpose other than a vehicle.

At the highest level, the volume is barely audible. Add road noise and the kids can't hear it at all. You have to sit directly in front of screen to see it - move to the side a tad and it goes black. Not a good choice if you are entertaining 3 kids. And a 15% re-stocking fee? Geez - shame on me, I should've caught that before I bought it. Live and learn

Works great and easy to hook up. The only thing I see was the 2nd screen volume is a little lower than the primary and cords are short but that doesn't really detract from the product.
