Wordly Wise 3000 Grade 6 SET -- Student, Answer Key and Tests (Systematic Academic Vocabulary Development)

These are great vocabulary books. They run through a multitude of applications. I home school and they work great for me. In addition to the book work, I have the student use all the words in a story he writes for application. They have all grade levels 1-12. These are actually an older edition. They have a new edition on their website. I use the old edition because that is what I started with.

The 6th grade version of this has been great so far. My son is homeschooled but was in private school before this and it is pretty close to what they used in class. It is easy to use and convenient to work with unlike some other versions we have tried. Everything is in the lesson and you are not flipping through the book looking for reference or help keys that go along with the lesson.

My 6th grade child wanted to expand her vocabulary during summer break. She has enjoyed the lessons and has learned several knew words. I would recommend if you want to expand/enrich your child's vocabulary.

Good product. My son has been using wordly wise in his public school for years. So I believe it must be generally recognized at least in South California. If you’re interested in building up your children’s language arts skills, you must not miss this one!

Great books for my son to learn from. The vocabularies are prevalent in every day's reading.

We used this vocabulary program last year in the fifth grade and now for sixth grade. It's challenging and builds comprehension. As a teacher, I appreciate the quality of this product. Now, as a homeschooling mom, I also appreciate the quality of the product. Definitely best to have the answer key and tests to go with the student edition - saves invaluable time.
