Avoid creams, perfume and powder which will reduce the adhesiveness. Please make sure to dry your body before you put it on. *Remove the protective film from the bra and carefully store it for re- use. *Stick on strapless push up bra where your normal bra would sit and fine tuning to place breasts comfortably and re-stick wings for best fit. You can simply pull the string in the middle and create the cleavage. *Stand in front of the mirror and then stick adhesive wing on both sides of your breast. *Press gently over the outer surface of the whole bra with both hands for a few seconds to secure the hold. How to Wash: Hand Wash only, Simply wash with warm water and mild soap then air dry. When the bra is dry, the adhesive regenerates itself for next use.
