I bought 10 of these on Amazon and will buy more for friends and family. I bought the first round for my teenage boys, and then my team at work. Then when UnStoppable Teams came out, for myself and leadership at my company. Highly motivational and inspirational.Author, former Navy SEAL and now entrepreneur Alden Mills takes you through 8 actions in Be Unstoppable, through a Sea Story featuring Captain Peter and Tim. Really approachable narrative. I would go so far as to say Be UnStoppable is a must-read for any teenager (and adult, but for me a Great read for my boys). Alden asks the reader in his introduction to the story, if we remember anything let it be this: "Your Life is Up to You. You Decide What Kind of Life You Live." Isn't that the kind of power we want for our teenagers to feel they have? To take their dreams and make them happen through knowing your why, and guiding journey of narrative to execute ?For me, when I opened the book first, Alden had me when he quoted Eleanor Roosevelt, "The Future Belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." So writes Alden, "Know your Why, and Focus, Feel, Act. " As an entrepreneur myself, I find (as I am still reading)a new sense of strength to see my mission, my dream succeed.

Alden does an amazing job putting his life lessons into a wonderful read. I have purchased this copy and shared it with my own children as they prepare their own life plans. I would also recommend you get Alden Mills' '"Unstoppable Teams." Alden shares his story and creates an actionable model for you to take action. Persist and Be Unstoppable.

Easy, fast read, best practices, SEAL truths interspaces with the table. Marine, athlete and business man also, lined up nicely in sights and practice.

I like that this book is written from the perspective of a former Navy SEAL. I find the work ethic of SEALs fascinating, so that made this book that much more enjoyable to read.

Easy to read. We all struggle with things and this book makes it easy to manage and keep going. I recommend this book for everyone.

Loved this book! Read it on the recommendation of Brian Johnson who described it as "If the Alchemist (by Paulo Coelho) had been written by a Navy SEAL." Great description!

Alden Mills is a master story teller who gives you to tools you need to overcome obstacles and succeed at anything. Everyone should read this book!
