Easy to clean, fit was okay but the little silicone edges kept coming off and sliding around and sometimes even coming out of my shirt at night while sleeping which scared me because it becomes a choking hazard that you aren't aware of until you find them on the bed! Yet taking them off entirely wasn't an option because the bare edges of the silverettes always pinched me when just moving around normally. However, using them kept bacteria at bay and might've even saved my life... With that said though, I think they're a little too pricey and wish they were more accessible to nursing mothers.Update: After submitting this review, Nisxabebe reached out asking if there was anything they could do to help with the issues I mentioned above, however I'm no longer nursing so I told them so and that any assistance wouldn't be necessary.
