This was my first foray into nose dilators/vents. I appreciate that different sizes are provided as I have a deviated septum and I was worried about the narrowness of the "bad" side. My spouse has reported that my bear-like snoring has now been reduced to just smooth heavy breathing. The first thing I noticed when using these is how much more airflow I get in my nostrils. I had never felt that my breathing was impaired in any way, but man, is this how normal noses are supposed to work? Each breath in felt like a fan was forcing air in my nose (maybe not that dramatic, but it was kind of intense). I've also noticed that I sleep more soundly. I used to wake up every few hours to toss and turn, but now I can go the whole night. I think these are great and I know the significant other appreciates it even more.

Only got partial order but seem to somewhat work
The product description says 6 pair. Emails with vendor say I should have gotten 8 pair (4 pair soft and 4 pair rigid. I only got 4 pair. They want to fall out so still experimenting with the proper size. Maybe they would work better if I had gotten. Complete order. Based on this, will likely return and re-order to actually get what I paid for

Works Best With Mouth Guard Too
This anti snoring device works best when also wearing a mouth guard, at least for me. I tried using them alone but didn't help with keeping my jaw closed thus still snoring. When I use both mouth guard and these, I sleep better.

Love the variety of sizes. Very soft product and easy to use. Fast shipment and well packaged. ( ps : can share the sizes that you know won’t fit you - cover the whole family )

Everytime I use these they always fall out during sleep.

Great sleep
Got for hubby- makes a world of difference in MY sleep. I bought them for my son also and he sleeps better now as well. Only can use one size in the package, wish I could order just one size
