Does the job but quality not great
The light is very bright with an adjustable centre beam. When light is on narrow point focus beam reduces to a quite large square image. Not a sharp thin beam. On wide focus it gives good surround light. Modes are centre light on, 4 lights on, all 5 lights on, all five lights flashing, off. There is no red light mode on front but there is a small red light on the back of the headstrap (part of the battery pack).Illumination Distance is good when batteries are full.Main disappointments are that the battery life on this head torch is not as quoted on the original advertisement. I am getting a couple hours maximum light on normal mode. Could just be a weak rechargeable battery issue. Seller kindly issued a partial refund. Build quality is not great. The two side lights are mounted to the headlamp by a plastic moulding which is not very strong. One side has already broken on mine. I repaired it by gluing with araldite so light is still working but it's a possible weakness in design.Comfort level is good. The weight is not excessive and fits very well.Light adjustment is hinged and allows for change of angle.I really like the product. The two points raised have been a weakness in design and possibly quality of batteries used.To replace batteries is a simple operation which I ended up doing.

Super bright, comfortable and good looking.
BRIGHT!!! Got this little beast for fishing and wild camping in some very dark parts of Wales, and it's superb. It takes 18650 batteries, (perfect for us as we use these regularly and keep plenty of high drain ones in the house plus we have an intelligent charger). The supplied lipo batteries are ok, probably a generic brand so I'm dubious that the capacity is as high as the 4200 mAh each that's stated but they have still lasted very well between charges, I ought to measure how many hours really but that's hard to judge as we've been using the different available modes. The batteries can be charged within the headtorch unit itself if you wish. If you don't usually use lithium batteries other than within your smartphones and tablets, I'd suggest you ensure you charge the headtorch on a table top or worktop and not under heat or bright sunlight. It's the flashlight itself that's been majorly impressive though as it's brilliantly bright, select the mode with everything lit up and the light given off is like daylight for seeing what you're doing. The 'zoomable' main light is great for concentrating the light or spreading it out. It's great to have the option to adjust brightness via the modes so that you can opt for just the main light (referred to by the manufacturer/seller as power save), just the four smaller lights, or the whole lot. It also has a flashing mode for signalling to others. In terms of looks and comfort I'm again impressed. I thought it might be horrendously heavy on the head but it's not at all bad. It's also very comfortable and easy to adjust. It has a look of 'steampunk' about it which I like a lot! This is just the job and a good bit of kit to have around; with quite a wide selection of headtorches available through Amazon I'm very pleased indeed with the choice I made.

Good light output
Ok quality, not premium quality, strap is good, good light output, but not the lumens advertised. Lasts a few hours on full. Takes a few hours to charge. I have been using this for a few months now with no issues

Good light, not great battery
Very bright torch, the central beam is telescopic so it can go further still. The rechargeable batteries are rather thirsty though. If you take this camping, be sure to take a USB battery pack.

Its pretty good
Pretty good beam.. works fine for intermittent usage haven't tried it in continuously so unsure of total length of time available on the batteries... Does what it says for the price.

Does exactly what is exspeacted and is brilliant.
I had a head torch similar to this at the same price but this is so much better. This head torch is brighter than my other head torch so it’s very bright. It has 4 settings and the central lamp can change the beam angle. So if you want a wide angle light just turn the middle lamp it also goes down to a small square. It does exactly what you’d expect it to do and looks quite cool as well.

A good light at the price.
It is bright enough. The only problem I have found with the item is that it does not sitcomfortably on my forehead.

Very brightness
This is an excellent torch, especially for the money. It is very bright, even using the single, central torch. The zoom function allows you to restrict the area you light which can be very useful if you don't wish to disturb others around you when using it.The battery case on the back is definitely splash proof, and survived brief submersion in water without any leakage.I would recommend this for camping, running or cycling.
