The Toasted Oat Bakehouse Gluten Free Soft Granola, Macadamia Chunk, 30 Oz

If you've ever had your mouth washed out with soap as a young child, the flavor will take you back in time. I was really excited about soft granola, and you can't beat these flavors. I started with the cherry streusel. Big chunks of cherries. I took my first spoonful and wondered, Hmm, what's that odd taste? I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Then I opened the macadamia nut bag, took a spoonful, and the taste was even stronger. Then it hit me: SOAP! Having experienced the Ivory and Irish Spring soap bars in my mouth numerous times as a child, the taste brought the memories back. And since two of the three bags tasted the same, I didn't bother opening the third.As usual, Amazon has a fantastic return policy. I was refunded the cost but told not to return the product. So it will become crow food later today. I hope they enjoy soap. They eat everything else, so I don't see why they'd be too picky with this.

Three bags came in my order.. and all three of them had to go into the trash. When I opened them, there was mold all over all three of them (which wasn't immediately obvious from the window on the packaging). They had the same batch number and expiration date (2021), so I had to assume that it was a problem with that particular batch.I played with the idea of re-ordering just because it might have been a problem with that batch, but the fact that they were moldy with an expiration date of August 2021 was a turnoff by itself. YMMV.

Toasted Oat Bakehouse makes my favorite granola, by far. It is soft, yet chewy, with a good mouthfeel. The flavors are delicious. All are equally good - Cherry Streusel, Blueberry Cobbler and Macadamia Chunk. Made with real nuts and dried fruit, you can't go wrong. You can eat straight out of hand, with milk, on yogurt or add to your favorite recipe.My only complaint is that they have signed up to the scam organization of the anti-science Non-GMO Project. The only ingredient that could be GMO is sugar. In fact GMO crops use less and safer pesticides and are better for the environment. Instead, the Non-GMO project preys on the agricultural ignorance of customers and pretends that it is better. In fact, the opposite is true, Non-GMO is worse for the environment.

I recently saw this at Central Market. It was quite expensive there but I wanted to try soft granola for a change. I didn't think I would like it as well as I did, but oh boy did I. It is delicious!! I normally put it in my Vanilla Greek Yogurt every morning. I'm so spoiled now, and I can't go back to my old granola. Buying the 3 pack on Amazon definitely saves me money because it was $7.50 in the grocery store for one back.

I can't say enough good things about the Toasted Oat Bakehouse Granola. I found this in Wegmans a few months back and I have completely switched to this granola exclusively. It is just so good! I bought the variety pack from Amazon since I have been unable to purchase the Tart Cherry variety in my local Wegmans store. I love the Blueberry and the Macadamia Chunk the most and my pantry is always stocked with these two. I think Wegmans sells one pack for about $6.99 so the cost of the 3 pack is right around what I would have expected to pay otherwise, a little cheaper on Amazon. I love this granola with my yogurt, it's like a treat!

Well...it’s really good, just as all reviews stated. I like the fact that’s it’s soft, us old people(54) can’t handle crunchy like we use to. The flavors are unique when it comes to granola, however I came to the conclusion that they pretty much have the same base for all 3 they just add the flavor profile whether blueberries or macadamia/white chocolate chips or cherries to each pouch. You do smell those notes when you open the bag, but it’s not so forefront when eating unless you actually get one of those items in your mouth, otherwise your eating the same base granola each bite. It’s very soft and moist, so moist it kinda came out box clumped in each pouch, much like brown sugar does but not quite as hard. I decided to put them in the fridge to see it that helped and it did the product began to break up and apart. The macadamia became so warm somewhere prior to delivery that out of the box before I opened it you could see the chips melted against the package window. They’re good but at that price of $20 for 3, 10 ounce( one cup plus 2 ounces) packages it would have to be a rare special treat, meaning hardly ever. If they’d lower the price I along with others would more than likely purchase more often. It’s common sense... keep at a higher price and few are return buyers, lower cost and most will repeat purchase because most all praised the product.

THIS IS THE BEST GRANOLA I HAVE EVER HAD. I don't like crunchy granola so i usually mix my yogurt and granola together and let it sit so it can get soft. I first found out about The Toasted Oat from Instagram. It looked good and said it was soft so i decided to order it. The granola smells so good and is very soft, like a soft cookie. I love that i can just put this on top of my yogurt to eat right away. If you love soft baked cookies, you will love The Toasted Oat. All the flavors are really good. I would totally recommend this product!.

literally the best granola I've ever had! I am obsessed and addicted to it. At first I was a little upset because I order the pack of three different flavors and I received all three as one flavor but I let them know right away and they sent me the correct three flavors right away. So they made it right and I'm glad they did because I love it!! I will be ordering more!
