I just received our second case of vitamins! I've been buying them for my husband, who runs regularly. The first month's purchase went toward prepping him for his half-marathon highly difficult trail run. He did great! Thanks to this vitamin pack, which I do think gave him energy and endurance for the race and also for the training leading up to it. I have been using these vitamins for almost three months now and love them. I used to a big bag of supplements to the fire station each shift. These packages have cut almost all the extra vitamins I used to take. The package make it super easy to take and no worries about what you need to take that. I travel around the country competing in the Scott Firefighter Challenge and these help me maintain my performance no matter where I go. I recommend these to help with you being fit for duty. I believe this product has helped me recover from workouts faster. I also don't feel as sore as I had been.I had not taken any supplements for years so I wasn't sure what to expect from just a vitamin pak but I really feel it has helped. It also is priced better than a lot of the other brands. I will buy this product again.

I have used lots of multivitamins over the years spending over $100 a month on some, I kept doing my research and I come upon this one by accident, all I can say is wow as I really feel a difference on this multi as I now have all day energy and everything seems easier to do throughout the day as my mind is clear and my focus is great and I have no more depression

I’ve been taking these for a couple of months and definitely notice more energy during the day and my “digestion” is good. I was a little put out that the price recently went some up but if you order they’ll send you a 20% off coupon for the next order. I plan to continue taking them and feel like they’re a worthwhile product.

Good product. I like that the all the vitamins come in a easy to grab pack. I would like to see an omega-3 supplement included, that way everything is one pack and don’t have to secure any loose pills or buy separate pills.
