Fountain looked great but did not work properly. It would function for about 20 minutes then stop pumping. Initially it would start working as a fountain and then after 10 to 20 minutes it would cease operating. Contacted the supplier and tried everything they suggested , nothing worked. Now I have a great looking lawn ornament but not a fountain which is what I bought. I asked for a refund and prepaid label to return the fountain, no answer yet still waiting.

The media could not be loaded. I received the fountain and was totally surprised! This fountain is absolutely beautiful and the sound of the running water is amazing. I am very happy with this purchase. It was easy to put together and the value of the money was right on.

The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this purchase. Not too difficult to assemble and the sound is wonderful. A lot of splash, so recommend placing pump at lowest setting.

I wrote a review I have no Idea what happen to it I don't see it.This company is not living up to expectations.I still haven't received the replacement part they promise.The fountain has manufacturing defects and they still have not ship it the customer. See Attached pictures.They create the fedex tracking number but the part is not even shipped as of yet.
