Ideal for holidays as it is rolled into its tube for the travel there and back, so no need to carry it around in an airport. Unpack and shape on arrival and you have a pretty good, stylish hat that is so much more than a baseball cap. If you're fussy about your appearance, maybe spend more for a better quality, but I found this perfectly serviceable.

Unlike a true Panama, this hat does not 'spring into shape'. How it will arrive after being folded into a postage tube is a matter of chance. Instructions come with it about sprinkling the hat with water and reshaping it but I have little confidence that this will change much. As it is, my hat's shape is pleasing enough but more scarecrow than Royal Ascot. Yet another case of 'getting what you pay for' and the hat fits, so I wear it!

Really pleased with this hat - excellent value. It arrived rolled up in a cardboard tube but quickly straightened itself out with the help of the enclosed instructions. Lots of good tips on youtube regarding maintenance of straw hats too!Hat arrived within about 5 days and i'll use it for the first time next week when we're in south africa.

Very nice and comfy

A lovely hat, but even after measuring my husbands head carefully and ordering the correct size, this hat was bigger, and slips down his head, resting on top of his ears. Just too much hassle to repack and return it, but he wont be wearing it.

Good fit, stylish and easy to transport - didn’t get squashed in the suitcase.
