Not a 'Real Monkey Fist'
Looks cool, and is heavy enough to hold a door open, but... It's just a sandbag wrapped in a single layer of rope. I thought I was buying a solid, single strand ball of rope that had been woven and tied into the ball shown in the picture. As I spread apart a few of the strands of rope I noticed the canvas bag of sand hidden within. I'll be returning this item.
