The Kannastor GR8TR V2 is the best grinder one can purchase and will last you a lifetime. This is my second one, my first was stolen. [Original 1 Star Review]The magnet came chipped, with shavings or chipped pieces of magnet in the grinderThe first image is of the magnet itself in the grinder, and the metal ring around it also appears chipped.The second image is of the chipped piece of magnet attached to the fork.(I'm assuming it's a piece of the magnet because it sticks to the fork)That's potentially dangerous.I do not want loose metal or magnetic chunks having any chance of getting into my body.I've read reviews on Amazon, that tell of similar experiences where the grinder appears broken or used.A different listing for the same grinder also had reviews with similar problems.The grinder also came with the acrylic mid section advertised on a different listing, instead of the solid black metal center that's advertised in these images.It's not a huge complaint, but it's not what I paid for and was expecting based off the product listing.[Update to 4 Stars]I got a replacement, and it came in good shape. Now that I've had a chance to use it I absolutely love it.It feels great in my hands, the weight and size is nice.It gives me the perfect grind, and the shape of the chamber the herb falls into makes it easy to scoop out all plant matter.The option to only use the components you want to, like the metal screen, is something I was looking forwards to and it really fits my needs.It's the best grinder I've used by far.

I want to say before the negative, as a grinder this is a fantastic piece of equipment. It grinds well, it’s smooth, etc. it is a fantastic grinder. But.To start, this item was shipped UPS Next Day air saver and took a little under a full week to arrive, but that isn’t the fault of the item or manufacturer and the time of year didn’t help a thing. But aside from this, the item arrived (as I have seen in other comments) very dirty in the box from the factory. Not a big deal. Additionally however, it had excessive amounts of petroleum between each layer for the threading. Pretty standard for most things but not what you want to see on something you’re going to be using for fine, dry particulate. Lastly the “Polished Deep Dish Tray” as it is referred to in the circular booklet inside the grinder upon disassembly has a sizable, very deep scratch that was obviously just covered with a bit of black paint as can be seen in the photo attached. All in all, the item itself works very well and it’s beyond what the average person could ever ask for in a grinder but for $60 the condition it arrived it is, quite frankly, entirely unacceptable

Grinder is great, although the description is not accurate and it’s not anywhere near 2.5 inches. The box for the product was dirty and taped up, which means like many others I was sent a used/returned grinder. When I first got the grinder, i took it apart and noticed some paint chips (not food grade quality). Since the box sketched me out I decided to rinse off the grinder using a baggie and some isopropyl. Thank god I did because the grinder was covered in grease. As for the grinder itself, my only complaint is the magnet is super weak. All in all, not worth the money and someone over at Ryot needs to be fired

Bought this primarily because I wanted a place to store and sift herb as my favorite grinder, the Brilliant Cut does not have a kief chamber. Kannastor's modular design allows one to create a unit that has storage on top and bottom with a screen in between, making a kind off-sight kief chamber. Wish Kannastor would either sell the screen section of this grinder separately so one could cobble together a sifting storage device (using Kannastor Puck) without having to buy a whole grinder, or simply make a sifting storage unit available for sale.That said, the Kannastor grinder is a very nicely made modular unit with a clever design that allows you to build up a unit that suits your needs. It feels nice and solid in the hand. II have not as yet tried to grind with the Kannastor, but I suspect it will suffer from what many grinders suffer from - that is build up of stickiness and therefore increasing difficulty using threaded parts of the device. Additionally, the magnet holding the top part of the grinder to the body seems a little weak. Top won't fall off if you hold unit upside down, but it is still too easy to pull top off.But if I hadn't found the Brilliant Cut this could become my grinder of choice.

This is an exceptional grinder and is top notch quality. It was cool looking, ran very smooth and has a ton a features (too the point of being moderately confusing at first). But then I started to use it. After 2 grinds the inside of the grinder was caked in flower and it became tough to grind. There was pollen coated on everything and when I scraped the insides of the grinder and keif collector the pollen would not come off completely. I dont want to clean a grinder this often and when I do clean it, I dont want it to be a pain in my rear. It should go without saying that this grinder sucks for catching pollen.

Grinds very well.For the size of the grinder the size of the chamber that actually holds ground up material is a bit small for my liking.Kif catcher works well.This could be a great grinder if it was a touch wider and better designed in terms of how much space each compartment has. The kid bit is huge but main chamber isnt. The storage bit at the top is meh.It does do a superb job of grinding not too fine but fine enough and always evenly.I use the bigger one for bengs and vapes the smaller bit is too small for even vaping imo.

It's a nice piece of kit. Robust, looks good. Some of the herbs I was grinding were slighty moist as expected and these clogged up the small holes in the medium grind plate meaning I needed a cocktail stick to clear them. Not an issue I'd had with my previous cheaper model. However it is easy to use complex to put together and the grind action is the best I've encountered.

Both plates offer a superb grind with minimal amounts of herb sticking to the teeth, this means your herb goes further which saves money in the long run.The fine grind is great for vapes or a bowl (if you've got a screen), where as the medium plate offers a wonderful grind for everything else. I've notice when I smoke I can certainly taste the bouquet of your herb far more down to the improved air flow it offers through your "cigarette".I was dubious but I'm pleased I made the investment as it's a marked improvement on the usual £20 to £30 grinders I've had in the past.

10/10. Best grinder I've used, since my space case titanium. Definitely the best on the market at the moment and it was 10 quid cheaper than the space case. Can't rate it enough.

One of the best grinders ive ever used small and compact but has a lot of options, it also can handle large volume of herb due to the design of the grinder.
