Wonderful product!
I love this. I have the smaller one, and upgraded to the larger one since it covers most of my back. I really love it. It stays warm for a long time, and is great for non-drug pain relief. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Used this brand with clay for 2 decades & given many, many as gifts. People who try them love them.

Best microwaveable heat pack!
This heat pack is great! Last a long time and it’s soft. No issues so far after couple of months of using for heat only. Can take the abuse from a 4 year old.

Good product, could be better
We use the 9x16 inch pads mainly in winter, heating them on high for about 100 to 115 seconds in the microwave. They retain heat extremely well (their main benefit) and thus provide heat for back muscle soreness and sometimes just as a lap warmer on very cold nights. My main complaint is their longevity is rather brief at perhaps two years each. The plastic container that holds the clay and its emollient stiffens, cracks. splits, and in general becomes inflexible. Thus I buy two (one for each of us) every two years or less. Almost worth it but I would like to see a longer life for winter use.Given we know what happens, my suggestion is to be gentle when smoothing out the bumps in the clay so as to not crack the plastic housing. If it does crack along the seams, then the liberal use glass packaging tape to seal the break in the seam can help. Even if the clay becomes drier and less malleable, you can still heat it and it will become more flexible and useable. What you should not do is try to shape the older inflexible pads when they are cold, thus rupturing the side seals. If these guys come up with a better plastic housing for the clay, then they have a terrific produce because this larger pad can stay hot/warm easily for twenty to twenty-five minutes.

THERMIPAQ HOT/COLD PAD
This product has been a blessing for me to obtain, especially the larger size. Due to a hip injury two years ago I developed chronic bursitis of the hips-specifically the diagnosis from the orthopedist was trochanteric bursa of the hips-and have experienced excruciating pain as a result of the injury. I use the heated pad, wrapped in a towel, in the seat of my car when I drive my daughter to school. This allows me to keep the heated pad exactly where it needs to be in order to give me pain relief in the specific area of the bursitis. I try to use it 2 or 3 times a day and the pad provides pain relief and I am able to stand and walk without almost crying whenever I try to move around. I highly recommend using this product because it can provide much needed pain relief and is very easy to use.

good handy product
Really like this. I stick it in the microwave for about a minute and it stays warm for quite some time. You need to be careful not to over heat it as it can burn you.

These things are great!!
We have 3 of these pads and have been using them for several years now. We are seniors so they get quite a workout around here. My wife keeps one in the freezer for her back and I heat one to use on my neck. We also have the smaller pad for smaller aches. We have also purchased one of the large pads for each of our four daughters. They love it too. One is a massage therapist and has very sore wrists after a long day at work. She uses the pad cold on her wrists. We wouldn't want to be without these pads anymore.
