GAME CHANGER
First tried this at Christmas on cheese and crackers. Absolutely fantastic. Have bought two bottles since for family members. It is expensive though when you consider hot honey you can buy in supermarkets so once mine is empty I will be trying others to see if it's worth the money.Having said that, it tastes great with cheese (especially stilton) and on pizza and I'm sure many other things too.

Hot and sweet
Does what it says. and has a deeper honey taste than the cheaper (but still good!) other top option for hot honey in the UK. Recommended especially if you're making chicken and wafles at home.

Still very sweet...
This is a review of "Wilderbee Hot Honey from the WilderKitchen | Wildflower Honey infused with Scotch Bonnet Chillies | 260g"This is smaller than I expected - there is nothing wrong with the description but for some reason I had expected the 'normal' Sriracha-sauce sized bottle from the supermarkets. Which makes the current asking price of £8.99 a bigger challenge in terms of value for money. This is, as you would expect I suppose, primarily honey - the taste of the infused chilli peppers is not as pronounced as I expected, making the overall effect more one of honey-sweetness, rather than a hot sauce.I got this and another variant - the Sriracha Hot Honey - at the same time. The latter is much nicer than. this one.A little disappointing for me and not worth the price.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. I will always provide an impartial and fair review of the product in question. My rating system is as follows:5 Stars – an exceptionally good, high quality product with no perceived shortcomings4 stars – a very good product that met my expectations3 stars – a product which could be better in some respects, but is still fit for purpose2 stars - a product with significant shortcomings, one which disappointed1 star - an absolute disaster of a product that should not be on sale

Sweet heat
Item received in good condition in a nice branded plastic squeeze bottle. I first encountered hot honey on holiday abroad where we found a place using it on pizza and on fries. With this version I would say it tastes good however this is more sweet and less heat than what I had before however its a lovely balance of sweet heat and a worthy condiment to add to my food to spice it up a bit.It pours nicely from the bottle and has a nice consistency to it. Depending on your heat tolerance this is spicy but it wont blow your head off at all, the honey helps to keep a balance on the spice. If you haven't tried this before give it a go over your chips and pizza its way better than garlic dip.

Sweet honey with a kick
This is a really yummy and versaitle honey. The chilli in no way overhelms the overall taste, it just adds a nice kick to what is a lovely sweet honey. It tastes absolutely fabulous with clotted cream on a scone and goes equally well with cheese on toast and vanilla ice cream.
