Easy install and setup. Instructions are decent. Comes configured for wall mounting, remove/replace two screws for mounting under an overhang, as mine is. Ran the power wire through my attic so I need a 15' power cord extension. I configured the camera prior to install so after it was mounted powered on and viola fully operational. Put in a 32GB micro SD and set for constant record. The pan/tilt works great and the zoom is outstanding. If this camera holds up I will be super impressed. I have two Dome Style cameras and this one blows them away in picture quality and zoom. Two way audio - microphone pickup is very good and the speaker output is decent, people can actually hear when you speak through the camera speaker, if they are close to the camera and it is relatively quiet.Only con so far is you can hear the gears, through the built in microphone, when panning and tilting.The camera appears sturdy and well made - hopefully it stands the test of time.

Contrary to what the company says, there is a web interface, and it works great on Windows. First run you need to install a plugin called OCX. The default login and password is admin for both. You can set even more parimiters in the web interface, and view recorded videos. I have yet to experience a freeze or any of the other issues others have experienced, out of the box it just worked. Very happy with the build quality, and video quality.

It was a bear to install, though. Those tiny screws they sent with it almost stripped when I had to back them out to reposition. And cramming the cords in the housing is tough enough on a ladder. But at the end, it is super good for the price. Zoom is above standard, ptz works even in cold and damp weather. Buy it!UPDATE--- Camera quit working 4 months in It was fine on Tuesday, then on Wednesday kaput! Won't reset, light is on on the plug .Tragic. Up-update-- Turns out product support ended April 26. It broke May 22.Once again, picture visible, won’t respond to commands (ptz) company won’t respond to me.I was given a replacement but the return label won't print!!!

I know this brand of camera before, so I bought it. And my friends also recommended me to buy it. This camera was also easy to set up and come with a good set of mounting options and cables, normally only seen in more expensive alternatives.Syncing the camera to my internet took at least 15 minutes when it should only take a few if not seconds. I was able to get the system to function and downloaded the App. With that being aid the app is a lifesaver and provides peace of mind for me and my family. Wherever I am I have the ability to view my yard, it works great with motion that moves. And no fees for monitoring is fantastic!!I store video on the SD card. The picture and video is very clear

Was a bit concerned by the reviews when ordering, however, I found the camera to be of higher quality than the price led me to expect. Picture quality is awesome and the wide angle lens actually covers the entire area intended. Pan tilt function smooth and quickly when inside my network or other wifi. A little slow using mobile networking. The range is very good even with the unstable service from Mediacom. Camera mounted on the far side of the neighbors house and keeps a solid connection. Reconnect following service outages (daily)has been completely automatic. Audio quality is better than most intercoms. My dog loves when I play with her even if she doesn't see me. Might have to replace some of my other cameras with this one! Update 5/4/20 doesn't support 128 G SD. 2 cameras same issue with both, records up to around 41 G then nothing. No firmware update available. Ongoing problem for months now. Only reformatting will start the overwrite and then 41G and stops recording again.

This camera is easy to use, relatively easy to install, and the manual is very detailed. It has good image quality and a good range of motion. The camera program works very well and I can access all camera features using my smartphone or tablet. I placed it under the eaves, and its perspective was enough to cover the area of ​​the front door. Night vision is clear and the camera can record what you see. I can back up this alarm video by phone. This is a real benefit.

First of all, I had to send my first camera back because it was broken. I ordered another one and finally got it installed. The directions definitely need a rewrite. The pan, tilt, zoom feature is just okay. The pan feature is blocked when it turns either way because of a piece of hardware on the camera itself that stops it from turning, so it does not get to all the places that I needed to get. And the up and down pan does not have good coverage either. The zoom feature is blurry when you zoom in just a little bit so it is not very usable. Otherwise it’s a so-so camera except for the night vision, and that is terrible. I think there would be better choices than this camera but I chose to keep it because I only use it to watch my dog. If I was using it for security I would definitely make another choice.

I bought 2 of these to cover my property via the internet while at work. However I will return them as they are unusable for that purpose. The problem is lag-time: on wifi the lag is about 2-3 seconds, but seems to take longer the longer you are online. Also, even on wifi there is almost no noticable image difference between vga or 1080 resolutions. I will say the cameras IR image is good, as are the optics (4x optic zoom & 16x digital).But when going over the internet away from home the camera is almost nonfunctional: pan/tilt/zoom takes at least 7 minutes to change, (I gave up at 7 min.). Accessing recorded events is similarly hard to achieve, and watch. My other IP cameras have a maximum lag of only 20 seconds. I tried every way I could to improve yhe performsnce, via browser ( it DOES work), tinycam moniter app, and various other apps. In the end, if I cannot access and control the camera in near-realtime, then it is no use for security. Returning both.
