Rapid increase in energy levels
After the first day of taking these. I stopped having crashes after eating food.Plus I had all day energy and will-power to get stuff done. My body feels happier, like its not struggling.I am so happy I found these. I was going to put 4 star because of the price. But actually its 120 caps and it says to take two per day. The bottle should last 2 months then so its quite reasonabley price.This is only Day 1 - 24hr review. If things change or they stop working I will definitely come back and say. I dont really leave reviews often only when something is awesome!UPDATE:Day 2 (48hrs). Still no crashes. Consistent energy throughout the whole day. Last night I slept like a log!

This is one more fine product from Lamberts. A multivitamine that also controls your sugar levels. On me it worked much better when I started to take the recommended dosage (2 pills per day).I give 4 stars because there were no expiration date on the product that I bought ! (Normally the expiration date is printed on the side of the box). There is a label with the batch number though.I give 5 stars for the product itself.

My regular supplement. Bit pricey but good.
Makes me feel much better and the cinnamon helps with the sugar cravings...no more energy spikes.

first time i took these i had something like dhiarea after couple of days i had tingle and iching in rectal area untill i stop using them
