Great lens solution.
I've been using this lens solution for nearly a year after it was recommended by my optician.I've not had any issues & lenses always feel fresh after being soaked in it overnight.

Great value for money.
I was using CooperVision solution before it got recalled. In the meantime my optician recommended this solution.It works very well and keeps my monthly contact lenses clean and moist. The price is also much cheaper than other solution!

Good expiry date
Expiry date of product was over 1 year in advance, so plenty of time to use 3 month product before expiry date.

Damaged package/items missing
The item ordered was a box of three bottles of Ote. The box looked used/damaged and there were no contact lens cases in the box. It was an incomplete order.

Product fine, delivery atrocious!
Product fine. Delivery appalling. Delivered to wrong address, neighbour was away, so got the order when they returned!!!!! Driver should've gone to Specsavers as per Amazon's advert on TV!!!
