I use this 3-5 times a week. It just refreshes my skin and makes the pores less Severe. Depending upon your skin type. If your skin is sensitive I’d use accordingly to package directions. My skin has been through ‘the mill’ so to speak so I amp up the uses. I PUT a small squirt of foam in my hand, place it on a dry face, let sit for 15sec, and gently ru b, rinse with water. It's not drying or irritating to me.
