Plastic Mini Washboard Washing Board for Kids Shirts Clean Laundry Lime (Orange)

This plastic washboard is a good size for small items. It fits well in the bathroom wash basin. The ridges are a good size and distance apart. The back is reinforced well, to prevent breakage. I used it today to scrub a Robot re-usable wet-mop pad, which is quite textured and stiff for mopping. There are no marks or scratches left on the washboard. I prefer not to wash the mop reusable pads in the same machine I wash my clothes in, and opted to hand wash one each day after mopping, and then air dry. I found that they are not too difficult to clean, but require a bit of scrubbing, which was making my fingers ache. After lots of searching for a solution to scrub the wet-mop pads without damaging the loops, I bought this small plastic scrub board that is advertised for small items, and hand-washed one today. It got the pad clean in a fourth of the time, with no impact on my hands or the washboard. I am very pleased with this washboard, it’s performing very well.

I haven't had this for more than a week, but I've already used it extensively to wash stains out of clothing and to wash a few hand washed and delicate clothes. I think the gentler riffles on the board are much easier on the clothes then the galvanized steel riffles of my much larger and older washboard. I'm not sure how this plastic will hold up over the long term as this isn't a solid piece of plastic like a cutting board, it has a support system in the back (see picture). I bought this smaller washboard mostly for spot cleaning and stain removal, as well as cleaning the few delicates and hand wash items that we own. I like that this fits perfectly in the sink when I use it unlike my larger washboard that I have to place in the tub to use and I can store under the sink and pull it out when I need it.Beware though, this is a small washboard and if you are planning on washing big items like bedding, heavier items like jeans, or a load of clothes, I would suggest something much larger than this, but if you want to hand wash a few small clothes, underthings, or use it to work out stains, this might be the perfect size for you.

This washboard definitely works, but it isn't the best. It is small which is mentioned in the details. I wanted something small so that I can use it in my bathroom sink. It definitely cleaned my son's socks with the help of zote. It is a bit flimsy and slips. I ended up buying a small wooden one that is working out better for me.If you need to save space and want it just to wash small things every now and then it will probably be fine. It is handy for face masks if you need to wash them more frequently than you do laundry. I just wanted something that wouldn't slip around.

This washboard is just the right size for me. It is easily stored too. Seems lightweight and looks awesome. It’s easy to use and can’t wait to try it out. It is quite sturdy.

It's so small literally can't even hold it down to scrub anything. It was waste of time and money. Doesn't even reach one side of my standard sink. Pic for reference.

I purchased this specifically for travel and the size and weight are perfect. When my husband and I travel overseas, we don’t always know if we’ll have the convenience of a washing machine or a laundry service. So, to cut down on the amount of luggage, I’ll bring laundry soap and we’ll wash socks, underwear (gasp!), tank tops, t-shirts, etc. in the sink or tub. But, to have a little washboard like this makes me feel like we’re doing a better job of getting these items clean. I wouldn’t use this for regular use at home, but on the road and traveling overseas, it’s perfect.
